[Help] Port Forward

i'd tried to help a friend to portforward his router.
after port forwarding when we try to access his wan ip which is 49.145.x.x something
it directs to his router admin page. I'd already portforward 80 - 80 port but still failed.
when i use his lan ip which is 192.168.1.x it can open tantrapage, wan ip wont work,
any suggestion about this?

Your isp{Internet Service Provider} is blocking your ports.

is there a way to unblock ports? if i contact them to unblock that would be possible?

Go to the following website to check if your ports are opened. Most likely your ISP will not allow you to open your own ports and may require you upgrade from residential service to commercial.
