You can't change txl to xml

as urgent has stated there is no tool that anyone has offered to change txl back to xml. besides if it is to be done there are 2 portions of the file. one is for the server and the other would be the client so you would be lacking some vital information. the best that you can do is to find a param and clientres that are close to the resources you intend to use in your client and configure them the way you want it to be. all is trial and error but, nobody will share their work due to the time spent to make these files our own. i am sure that someone has some copies that they would be willing to share with you that have not been modded. you will have to make your own creations and do your own fixes. good luck
