How to disable Anaka Kruma

How do I disable it in the param. Make it like tantra extreme?

in my opinion, trace the portal first, then don't run the server zone in anaka kruma.

the problem is that if i don't run it and if i change the settings.ini file or the settings in the param it still tries to allow ppl to access it whether it is running or not. i can't seem to find a way around it unless i point the portal to mandara as an alternative. any idea bro?

here is a question for all to ponder on. i noticed to disable things like selling items for rupiahs use -1 does this apply to zones too such as anaka kruma in order to disable it from being accessed by adding -1 to dwzonelevel? let me know someone please.
