you launcher and your client files are not compatible, if your using k4 client files and k5, k6 launcher its not compatible. Their are some .hpk files are not completely patch,

example:

in k4 client files there are no riding, if your launcher runs with a riding support, then it gives error executing that launcher.exe. i hopes it helps.
