How To Import .tmb using tmb_importer.py ?

please help how to install the tmb_importer.py on blender . .i've try to install using the user Preferences on blender but it cause me an error..

you put the tmb import.py to blender / scrpt that's all

use 3ds max and download fatduck's importer instead. it is a better setup anyhow.
