i use 3000FR Client that has big christmas tree in mandara. here is the SS:

u have patch in k4 to put 3 skill bar?

3 skill bar is in the zone.exe sad to say the link is now dead. you can try k3 zone. but it does not guarantee that all features of k4 will run.
