try this..
in your website register have a sample.tad..
you can get to..
WEB/register/inc/sample.tad

copy to your DBSRV/account/s
and open your GMTOOLS, open the sample.tad..
and edit the staterpack, if done..
save as the sample.tad..

and copy to your web/register/inc

1. create account as regular user, skip the char creation. Example user name : MYID
2. go to GM TOOL and open MYID
3. fill anything you want as starter pack and then save it
4. copy MYID and rename it into sample.tad
5. replace your sample.tad using sample.tad modified

.tad can use it in your website if you have admin page, guys try to search for it,
