K4 ? it isn't a cheat bro, this is how it supposed to be in k4. But surely there's a way to make it level restricted
no bro this is very much a cheat. utilizing the storage to put on items higher level than they are is YES a cheat
i think its not a cheat, its by design in K4, there is what they call it "Forced Equip" if were talking about equipping your character with armors but the stats is not 100% in effect...i think in K5 or K6 its not possible.
Its not a cheat. Its force equip, but when they equip the item all the stats will not be usable .try to check it first
this applies to mages since the physical has no apparent effect. but the power strike has so its an advantage ^_^ but anyhow it can be edited through param i just couldn't elaborate step by step, but it has the same function as level requirement.

Can't find the exact part in K4 but it has effect that you cannot use equipment higher than your level.
i understand ILimitLevel and it is the setting that is supposed to make the item usable at that level however this byteReserve1 to 6 is new to me. In K5 param i was able to change the ziva and q. ziva to only be used at level 68 in order to eliminate Anaka Kruma problem but, with K4 it seems that though i change the settings i can't remember how i was able to stop it. But, if i figure it out i will be sure to share my information with others. Thanks guys.
I have an idea with this, try to add chakra requirement so that the lowlevels will not able to use the item.
You just need to compute the whole chakra for max characters and input it on chakralimit
