HTLuancher error

It occurs when I transfer my server files from D:\ to C:\ then this error showed up, I transfer the files back to D:\ and still I have the error

I did try to configure HTMessage.txt and HTLauncher

I review all my .php files <-- working perfectly

I review my sql <-- seems its okay

what causing it?

HTLauncher is corrupted

I already change the HTLauncher, I cant use 4.1.0.2 or 6.9.0.6 they have the same error

ill be checking into it, because my Avira is always popping virus etc.. ect... with antihack.dll and I am keep ignoring it, then the HTLauncher with the antihack.dll keeps on crushing

that explains it. it is your antivirus. you need to make sure that you extract the htlauncher again and modify it. your ativirus is blocking the htlauncher from running. i use AVG and make an exception for programs that i trust.
