I have a problem with npc

well my problem is:
my own server is on, my php web page on and works fine but when loged in my server wft were is the npc >_>! and when i put weapons 88 or any lvl in my char not appear in the game i have the files uploaded by radientecf T-E client i hope for answer, oh i forget i have another problem too many errors UI_magicfan2 like this before enter to the zone

if tantaparam is different between the server and client weapons may be invisible in game.
