I need help from other modders/developers of Tantra K5 client

Does anyone know a way that I can disable anaka kruma. These are the steps that I have tried so far.
1. Changed zone settings in both param and server settings.ini to 255 low, 255 high
2. Changed the zone in the param to 0 for the zone ID
3. Deleted the zone from the param
4. Deleted the mapdata.tcm file
5. Replaced the NPCGener.txt with blank file
6. Changed zone start and end settings to match k4 client since it worked there
7. Changed the zone in the param to point to zone 20

And still all these options do NOT work. No matter what I do it still tries to send my low level characters to Anaka Kruma. I do NOT know how to remove Kruma from the regular pustika. This would fix this issue if I could since the Q. Ziva Pustika is set to level 68 for entrance. I simply want to remove Anaka Kruma. What are the offsets in the HTLauncher to remove Kruma from the regular pustika for htlauncher 4.1.0.2 of hetero's with security. I am lost without this fix. If anyone can tell me whether they have fixed this problem or if they have found a way around the pustika would be very helpful. Please guys this is a problem for new players that have no idea of what they are doing. If i cannot remove it from the regular pustika then I will have to always monitor the server to make sure that zone 20 is running so these players can send their characters back to Mandara and then report the bug over and over and over and over and over which is quite stressful to any GM.
