Instant 2nd Job Change

Is there an item that can do this where for example I am a druka and use a particular item I will be change to Karya instantly? or if I have no job at all I will be able to choose a job for my tribe instantly without doing the quest?

Any one has an idea for this? or at least doing the 2nd job without going through the 3 Tests?

There is a way, you inject a DLL into your Server (Zones) and let users use the command to instant change job.

There is another way, its a web service.
When player creates a character at level 1. Let them log off and set their Job from the web.
When they login back to the game, the new job is available for them.
