Item Mall problem

I have a already a working server, my problem is the item mall
when i click item mall icon it's not showing up item mall screen

someone can help me with tutorial setting up the ITEM MALL starting from installing the MSSQL, executing SQL scripts, ODBC...etc...

i have already the SQL & ODBC, i have placed in the my:

SQL
Tantra
billcrux_phil
UserLogin

ODBC
TantraGM
BILL_CONN
UserLogin

And my Item server Config.txt is like this:

BILL_CONN sa 123456
IP.IP.IP.IP 7514 none none
none none
TantraGM sa 123456
100 200

It work fine when i activate it, but in the when i click the item mall buttom the item mall don't come out...

Can anyone help me with this?...

both... but I have a problem.. I can see my items in item mall.. I can not open the items how I click in Buy premium package.. Can I do with it?
