Its not really k8, you can edit those files in your client, just like that thing beside the hp bar, If the interface is working and really for k8 if there is such thing is k8, then there should be an image showing your characters face, Just like on other games especially in flyff.

I already tried your server.
IF that interface is working that black image head beside hp bar it should be an image of your character
if that interface is working and connecting with your client. For example, if the character is asura, then
it should be asura image not a black head. Do you get my point?

Not supposed to change the image of the character for that you need the source code. If you think it is so easy that you just need to edit images well show us.
