Newbie GM here!(Need help with duplication of items)

Hi i am an owner of a private tantra server. I was just wondering how do i solve duping problems in my server. Can someone explain in detail, to me how people dupe items every time i held a maintenance? is there something im doing wrong which causes the duplication? Forgive me if for some this is a very stupid question but do understand that i am a very new owner and i just wanted to have my own tantra server. And if possible as i requested earlier can someone explain to me how they do this step by step so i could find ways on how to prevent it?

P.S. If there are any programs which dupes items could you send me a link so i can have the chance to take a look at it and see how it works so that i would know how to block it.

Hetero have an applicatin that removes all the dupe items etc.

but i think it only works on k3 or k5++

As a recommendation utilize your GM Tool to shut the server down to avoid duplication of items. Closing the zones allows it to be bugged. Good luck.
