PD: before turn on zone.exe, turn on the DBSRV, ITEM SERVER, MGSRV and SQLDAEMON.

You turn on, the five executables?
1. DBSRV
2. ITEM SERVER
3. MGSRV
4. SQLDAEMON
5. ZONE
(in that order)
yes, i've done that. but still ZONE is not responding, even if i wait it in an hour :(
make sure that the serverlist.txt is correct in each folder. it sounds like it is not connecting to the DBSRV

What serverfiles you use?
It also hapen to me when i use that server files not sure of the name.
maybe your tantraparam is not compatible to your zone files.
