problems in CHAT SERVER

hi guys help me please ... i have problems in chat server...in DBSRV and MSGSRV works good but in CHAT server really suck! please help me how to solve ..

i have problems in CHATSRV i cant connect it always say FAIL..i dont know what to do...

Check the serverlist.txt and the Localip.txt
if it only says FAIL idk what to do

yes already check my serverlist.txt and localip.txt is they same with DBSRV but i dont know why it always say FAIL !!!
