To make your Tantra Server public. You'll have to open all the ports that the tantra server used. This could be done by forwarding the ports to your router.. The method may vary depending on the routers brand but dont worry because the UI is very self explanatory.. Just Login to your router by typing the default gateway to your Browser and find the lines that belongs to port forwarding.. You also need to add an exeption to all the ports which tantra server used in your Firewall or Simply disable it..

and yeah ISP is blocking the port lol
Well.. I know some of the ISP's block some ports for security reason.. Usually they block port 80 which is the default for webserver.. But im sure they dont block the entire range of ports.. If your ISP blocked the port 80 then change your webserver port to any of the valid available ports. You can do that in your webserver config.. The port 8080 might also work but ofcourse you'll need to forward port 8080. If success, You can view your website running on port 8080 by typing this in the browser ''youripaddress:8080'' ofcourse youripaddress would be your Public IP. If you dont know your IP address you can find it in What is my IP , shows you your current IP number If port 8080 is blocked then specify another port.. There are alot of websites there that can help you to test if the port you've specified is not blocked by your ISP.
