your TantraParam.tpa is the problems,
TantraParam.tpa in server and TantraParam.tpa in client must from 1 TantraParam.xml
encrypt TantraParam.xml with tools, server param after encrypt = TantraParam_sv.tpa (copy and paste to zone1, zone2, ...etc),
client param after encrypt = TantraParam.tpa (copy to client folder in ...\system)

im just a noob whose try to play offline . i just followed the intructions here here.. and thats the problem .

@torjak99 : try to create your TantraParam.tpa for server and client with tools, there are two tpa : TantraParam_sv.tpa (for server) and TantraParam.tpa (for client)
Put TantraParam_sv.tpa to Zone directory, rename to TantraParam.tpa,
put TantraParam.tpa (for client) to client folder in ..\system
