Hello, I've heard that Windows 7 has to give admin permissions, you can open the zones, they can say that movements become difrente in windows 7 (permits, etc ..)

I have run the server in Windows 7 for test purposes. The biggest thing to worry about it the User Account Control. It is best to shut it off but, will require restart of your pc after. The other thing is to make sure you set compatibility of the programs. This isn't always necessary but, does save some time just in case you run across any issues. Set it for Windows XP and Run As Administrator. That will save you the time and effort. But, there isn't anything else really required other than the same as the rest of the guides here in Ragezone.
