There is two possible reason. (1) Item mall is inaccessible in that zone and (2) the price of the item is set to 0 or -1. And may I ask how did you give out the taney?Originally Posted by lynixs

This query is not that detailed... so in my opinion, you have to check if your item mall is time-limited. It is usually linked itemserv.exe and pass through the sql server. I do suggest you create your own web admin in php to send out taney or to add a script during registration (e.g. the first 20 players who registered will get 200 taney each after registration). or is set automatically to your zone as inaccessible. so,check with other zones too.
