Well Hamhead that's kinda baffling.
I'm not so sure, maybe try downloading a different client link from here.
I've tried them also, I'd really enjoy playing this game. =P
Any thing I can do to make it "clickable"?

Er, If it was me in your situation I'd keep clicking about the window until it became clickable

Just go to your GTA Folder where you install it. And be sure your "GTA SAN ANDREAS.exe" looks like this >>> gta_sa.exe and i'm sure 101% it will be clickable. :))
Soloution to Dylan's problem - you don't have the game installed.

Good post. I believe many newbies will stop asking annoying questions now, well I hope so. Many of them don't bother reading the stickied threads.
There is one problem when i hosted a server the server became visible to me and when i send my server ip that is my router ip he said he cannot see and even if he did he said the server didnt respond
