Took nearly a week for a refund.
There VPS servers seem to be attacked nearly monthly.
Down atm
I bought a VPS from them about 4 days ago. It crashed so many times, and they could hardly ever keep things up. On top of that, they do not want to issue me a refund. Even VPSLand is better than FranTech.
I personally wouldn't trust it simply because in this past month, RageZone has been down more than the previous 6 months combined. It seems like every day there is "generated backups" (bull) and random complete shutdowns. To me, that is very unprofessional.
Frantech sucks, don't waste your money.
Not to mention they lie.
I was told before the VPS is located in Portland, however after tracing the IP, it forwards too Romania.
I don't give a shit about offshore, do you understand the ping between the US and Romania?
this is my ping (just example) im in The bay area (not really)

Their webhosting deals seem pretty nice and legit though.
Hmmm...Im trying to allocate more RAM on the system but =/ anyone know how?
They're still down .
Frantech isn't really that good . >_>
and they get ddos'ed alot .
Seriously, It's not because of the bad service they have. It's seriously the DDoser's that are ruining Frantech. Why do people hate it so much? It's the damn DDosers, that's why everythings fucked up in frantech.
Thats all rubbish , frantech is a good company .The reason why they had recent downtime is not because of the ddosers attack . They own a colocation at portland , bought from directspace.net . So the downtime they got does not ly on frantech ,its probably directspace in portland
