[Discussion] Snowball Event, again. Somewhat completed.

Ok this time the snowball ends at the finishing line. Gonna modify it and make it more interesting where you can sabotage the other team with points or something idk. This is the second version :P

thanks ;D kind of .. but the real version is hell complicated -.- so im gonna modify it my own way. as for the MISS thing, it happens at some spots and when this happens, there is only a small chance of hitting it through thats why at the end the bottom team was luckier and hit through first.
