Honestly, I doubt that they will even do something to you since it's not even popular, so, it's not affecting NEXON much at all, you're just a +1 into the Private Servers available. Anyhow, you're not the one that should be asked to take down the server, but the host, since the server is address there. I mean, that's like, 1st step. NEXON should've known this, but, probably your host always ignores theirs DMCA's so, they are trying to scare you now.

-_- I could say the same. The only reason it redirects to Nexon.com is because it's a portal. Click on the Korea option. If you live in the "allowed" IP ranges, it will be Nexon.co.kr.
