I submitted a ticket long ago when I got banned for hacking. They totally got me hacking at Typhons :P. I submitted a ticket with a BS story, and rubbed in the fact that I DID buy a buttload of NX (which is true), 3 weeks later, unbanned.
To be honest on when they unban, it ranges from 2 weeks to 2 months. No more, no less. If it's longer, then I'm pretty sure you're screwed. :X
lol i got banned because i bought item from the fm i think.. and there are alot hackers on EMS so i guess i bought hacked items ugh.. and i sended a ticket but i get a unlucky standard message .. that i was using third party software or something that had to do with hacks.. soo i thought fuck EMS they are screwed anyway.. lets start playing and creating private servers agian .. :P
for as much as i know.. they dont unban unless you give them a reason and screenshot of some proof that you didnt do anything wrong
