New to maplestory development need some tips

Hey guys, I'm a long-time Maplestory player, played on many different servers and global too back in the days.

I wish to open a private server, for start just for myself and a few friends.
There are lots of great, useful tutorials here and I'm grateful for them,
but I couldn't figure out which is the best source to use for v83?

I mostly read the tutorials with the most views, if there are less viewed but very useful tutorials, then I'll be happy if you could link me them.. and also maybe give me some pointers on what skills I should be improving if I want to run a stable server with most original content and fewest bugs?

As Halcyon mentioned, HeavenMS is the way to go. It's quite stable and production-grade.

To become better, keep yourself UNCOMFORTABLE. Meaning, dive-into the code. Read it. Scratch your head. Play around with it and see what it does. Errors? Google what the error means. Try fixing. Repeat. The best way to learn is to get hands-on with coding. There's only so much that theory can do, but if you are brand new to programming, then I would recommend reading up on the official Java doc from Oracle, watching YouTube videos, and joining a discord for programmers.
