I'm pretty sure Iran had a law where they wouldn't pursue copyright cases, unless the author of that work was Iranian himself (In other words you are free to pirate software (or bend copyright laws), as long as the author wasn't Iranian)

But then again holds the US Treasury Embargo restrictions so........

China's copyright laws aren't strictly enforced, but the Internet is.

Also, the Marshall islands have no copyright laws along with Afghanistan but Afghanistan is creating one with the US right now.

Bandwidth around the world is dam expensive. I can't believe there is no limit and no fee in America for internet....
for Australia, we calculate each kb and mb and a monthly fee included.

And the chances of you getting a VPS or even a dedicated server in China is pretty slim. Due to the fact that the government requires a identification card for your company.
