Most of you guys have no idea what you're talking about. Laos does have copyright laws, and they were also apart of the UCC Geneva, meaning that they've had a copyright treaty with many other countries since September 16, 1955. It doesn't matter whether you live there or not, if the country you're hosting from has a treaty with Laos, you are still breaking international copyright law.

Turkmenistan, on the other hand, has not signed any treaties. No idea about their copyright laws.
