They're MWLB in game if you double click them. They have a hat similar to the baseball cap but has a W on it and is white; called Junior GM Cap. They are likely volunteer GMs who don't have all the powers. They might not be able to ban, but will be able to report, with their reports having high priority over regular users. They CAN hold summoning events; I've been to one, where they answered questions people had afterwards.
