But when i do IN-GAME I cant pass channels.

WHY i never lose Vote poitns at database i got 100 vote points at Database i buy a item for 20 VPS then i got 80 but if i Relog i got 100 Vps again... how come that??
and why are they votepoins at character list and not at account?

Yes, votepoints require MySQL, it's a db. Db stores information like characters, levels, etc. So of course points for voting would be stored there.
Just add a column to the accounts page in MySQL and life will make sense again.
