Alright, I decided to make this thread so I can organize all the registration pages people have out there for the public to use.
I also re-uploaded these files for you guys so you can download them fast, and made demo of these all for you.
Feel free to post the link of a thread that has it and ill update it here.
All credits to me for putting it all together adding more later.

Release information:
Index.php ~ Added new template, character stats/level/name shows when logged in, additional server information on the page
Login.php ~ Sexier style
Register.php ~ Sexier style
Ranks.php ~ Added rank, character name, job, level
Status.php ~ Added login server, world server
Maccount.php ~ Added better style
Gmcp.php ~ Fixed the huge bug that lets anyone use it! To edit any character!, does not set job over 500, will not set stats over 2k, new style
Sgmcp.php ~ Fixed the huge bug that lets anyone use it! To edit any character!, new style

Fill out the information it asks for, server name, rates, db info, etc..

Is there anyone that can help me make a site? I mean I've followed every TUT out there, and unless I'm mistaken there isn't any TUT that actually TELLS you what to do rather then guides you.

All I need to know is how to start off a DynastyMS Site THEN I'll move on to stuff like this T_T its been freggin 2-3 days now and I've tried over 22 TUT's.

All you have to do is edit it and upload it to your FTP(Site) unless tour talking you want to run it from your home computer.

Tuts for what, you don't really need any tuts all you do is edit and put it on your website main directory.
