A few things:
player.setLastAttack(System.currentTimeMillis()); < this shouldn't be in the handler but in AbstractDealDamageHandler, why? I can spam the dam packet and get 30k combo in 1 second.

0xA2 is for clicking the guide.

Can't this be define in CloseRangeDamageHandler? So I really don't think there is a use for a handler
