They weren't working with changed imports and changing them back to net.sf.odinms fixed at least some npcs which had an import line but didn't need it like Spinel.Quote:

Why does my port failed on chnl 2 and 3?
@boltez1 - You're already using port 7575 for channel 1.
Use port 7576 for channel 2. (:
