its in admin cp so player or gm cant get it

the buynx won't deduct mesos from player ..

Uhh question when I ever submit the registration it refreshs the page so i renamedthe database.sample.php to database.php then when i try to get to the registration page it says unknown database "dms" I have no idea how "dms.exe" got in it because i never had it lol do can someone help me.
