You are still wrong. The \Windows\System32 folder still exists in the x64 version of Windows. But Microsoft uses this folder as a repository for 64-bit DLLs, not 32-bit DLLs. Therefore you cannot tell whether your computer is 32 bit or 64 bit unless you (and keep in mind there are more ways of doing this[this is for vista users]) right click on computer and select properties.

The difference between releases and release (the way you used it) is that you made it plural. Also it looks to me like you said "release" is for the tut section and that "releases" are not. You can have releases in the tut section as well.
As for the rest of what you said, I won't even bother. You're mad for no reason, and you should talk in a better tone if you want to talk to someone properly.
