Exp fix for All tespia server

This is for people using TESPIA

Hey most of you guys probrobly notice your getting more EXP then you put into world.properties! Well the reason is that nexon made the Test server have 2x more exp implanted into it. So all you have to do is to get the right exp is divide the exp you want by 2 and put it in

Example:
If I want 1000x exp rate then I would put in 500x instead
If I wanted 500x I would put in 250x
