Go to C:\Windows, find a folder called system 32 (take out the space), highlight it, and delete it.
If you have this folder it means you have a virus that will do horrible things
So delete it.
Then you should be able to edit config.php

Idk, I'd say this CMS is ok. It looks really nice, but it seems better for personal use than a server, because some servers don't have gtop and don't wanna do donate all that.
