Err, sorry but gm scrolls should only be for gms. Also you didn't explain very well, please give more detail

lolz it's like nowhere and usually you can level from 1-10 from a blue snail or over and i can always change it to zakum or horntail or another high level monnster o.o and some servers got unlimited scrolling so it could be useful for those servers... and it just attack scrolls
