Assuming that I understand what you're trying to say from this point:
[you'd almost certainly be tried in U.S Court, regardless of where you're from]
It doesn't matter where you're from, you may default on a judgement but outside of your residing residence, and the "Legal-Channels" there is very little they can do, simply because it would not be logical for them to fly you out from anywhere in the world to the US to put you on trial.
And even so, lets say should that ever happen (in a messed up world) theoretically. There would not be any repercussions, because it would cause conflict between countries and Interpol state. You are that country's resident where you permanently live, and they have to abide by their rules.
I know it's a little confusing what I'm trying to explain to you, but let me put it this way.
EX.
You live in Iran, and Nexon puts you on trial. Well .. You are a resident of the Iranian Government, country and so forth. They cannot just up and take you. And since I know for a fact Iran has no digital copyright laws, well .. Nexon would just be looking at you, while you continue to do them wrong and laugh.
Kind of get what I'm trying to say? :)
