ohhh they dont fucking care About ExtaliaMS Extalia got Every 2 min 2000 Online and this server is a Shit ? so if i open a Private Server and i sell Donate or Gms or Vip they will sue me ?

tldr; don't open a public server if you're so worried

Well, basically before you even open a server
Just get self prepare Nexon try to hunt you but for server that don't stay up to date don't have to worry so much unless you make something interesting in your server..
