It's a whole different thing. You can pass as many stats as you want in a single command.
!statedit hugo str 10 dex 10 int 10 luk 10 hp 10 mp 10 maxhp 10 maxmp 10 fame 10 meso 10 job 100 lvl 10 exp 10
would work, just as much as:
!statedit hugo lvl 100
With his' you could only do one at a time. Mine is pretty much an AIO stat command; It's as flexible as it can be.

Re: [Mini-Addon] Stat Command
Oh I get what your doing, theres no question about that. But its not the purpose of the command, the one your using is completely different. And defeats the purpose of the release.

How isn't it? Your syntax is:
!statedit <ign> <stat> <amount>
The same exact syntax would work for my command. It's just that my command allows you to do multiple stats with multiple values...
It's the same thing, just way better.
Re: [Mini-Addon] Stat Command
Then go make a release thread and say "This is like Soulfist's command just way better".

Nah, I'm careful with my releases. Wouldn't want to make a new release thread for something so simplistic and overdone as this.
P.S. Nice work avoiding my question.
Re: [Mini-Addon] Stat Command
The answer to your question is simple. Its not adding, improving or changing the command its remaking it. It defeats the purpose of the command and it isn't the same because of 1. How you would use it and 2. The whole idea for making + releasing this command.

The purpose of the release was to give a command that allows a gm to change a player's stat. Which both our commands do, but mine makes it easier; thus improving your command.

You would could use mine in the same way as your's but also in other ways.

Unless your idea for making and releasing this command was about improving your reputation; I'm assuming the purpose was to give a command out to developers that fulfills the purpose which I discussed earlier in this post. My command just provides a more fulfilling way to achieve that purpose.

Now that you put it that way I suppose your right, at least to a certain degree, sorry for taking it the wrong way. I did release it to help people and it can be either used by players OR GMs depending on the 'developers' preference. I think its better to have more options, they can use yours or mine but either way yours is more versatile.
