I would give them a ban too. Once again this is mainly for GMs if your not one, you shouldnt use this.

To hex edit: go on google or some kind of search engine and search "Hex Workshop" Download it, set it up then on the localhostgm.exe; right click it and choose hex edit. Then press ctrl+f and press hex values and scroll down to text strings. After that on the value part type in 127.0.0.1(or whatever the ip is set to in the localhost) and press ok to find. On the right side of the column there should be the ip in which you were searching for. I'm going to use 127.0.0.1 as an example; I see 3 of them separated by "...." or w/e. Click the beginning of the first 127.0.0.1 and start filling it in with your own ip. Afterward do the same to the second and third ip you see. Now we need to check if its all good. Ok if you added any "." to the beginning or ending of the 3 ip's then you need to check if the "." before and after the ip are hex valued "00" on the left side of the column. If so your good, if not change whatever the value is on the left side to "00."

Note: Do not alter the "." inside the ip such as 127 "." 0 "." 0 "." 1 bla bla bla DO NOT change those dots only the ones such as "...."127.0.0.1"...." well...if ur still having trouble with editing it, pm me and ill edit ur localhost for u >__< hope this helped....O_o
