Ok this is made for people who are GMs of a server, I dont recommend it if you arent or you probably will get banned. If you summon tons of summons other people DC so dont do it. And for some reason it randomly DCs you every once and a while

If you give it out anyone can use it. They will not have GM powers but they will be bale to infinate flash jump and all the other things... I personally would temp ban someone if they used this in my server... but thats just me~
