Just a simple .Sql file that I made. It includes Pet food and all the Pet Command Guides.

Also, If you already have shop ID's for 67 and 68 change them!

The NPC's are

Doofus :
Located in the Henesys Pet Park

Patricia :
Located in Ludibruim right outside of the Pet Park portal.

Moodie :
Located in Leafre.

Edit: Added Moodie, download the new sql file.
