I cannot express how apathetic my face was when I read your post, I wish you could of seen it. I hadn't logged on maplestory for about ~2 years, and 'your' server was just a random one i decided to see if this exploit still worked on, and lone behold people still had not fixed it. I've never bothered to find out any PEs that have been private/not used by most of the community.

It almost sounds like you're confident you would of found this exploit and fixed it all by yourself, and you also sound like you see yourself as an alphamale if you're 2kool4skool for 'public' packet editors. I'm not going to turn this into a flame war, but get your head out of your ass.

oh, putting items in slot that aren't shown in the client? wouldn't that just be a simple patch checking what slot the item is transferred to?

This can be done in-memory just as easily, PE was just one method of approaching this.

I think you failed to realize that you actually equip it onto your 'pet'. You can force equipments onto other slots and the affect will still take effect.
