If they don't know how to edit a .properties doc correctly, then they shouldn't be running a maplestory server. There is no need for this. It does not speed up the process, as this is not included in the source or repack, instead needs to be downloaded separately, which makes the server creation time even longer. I guess noobs should be thankful to you. But I am pretty embarrassed that someone actually made this. Whoever downloaded this probably is not fit to run a server.
Anyway it is nice and may speed up the process if it was already included in the source.
I guess the MS section will never change, you'll always have those looking for fame.
