[Release]Advancer,Skill Maxer, Rebirth NPC and more(Prevent kipe skill hacking)

I take no credits for this release I found it in Moogras Repack and credits are to Kedano.
The reason Im releasing this is because all the job advancers currently released max ALL of the skills not just the needed ones. This is one that only maxes skills for the job they are becoming so hackers using KIPE to skill hack, wont be able to use skills from other jobs. This is also a Rebirth NPC and level 201 fix NPC.

No not really, not everyone uses Moogra and it wasnt released on the RageZone forums from what I can tell.

EDIT:Another thing is that people using Moogra that didnt know, can remove the @maxskills command, and take out the part of other npcs that max all skills like the npc on the 1st map.

Pretty sure you don't need to compile, if your just adding in a NPC script

when u do xml and npcs u dont gota compile only when editng .java files
like comandprocesor .java

for xml map files ugota restart server
for npcs it automaticaly takes effect

If you have a maxer that maxes all skills, then you can use kipe to use skills from other jobs.
