On notepad go to edit > replace

Then replace this: <Chance>10</Chance> with this <Chance>drop_rate_here</Chance>

There's no errors with the file... I'm currently using it and have 0 problems.

You might not be able to open .RAR's, for this you need WinRar from rarlabs.com

How could I convert this into MySQL, since my server is running pure MySQL, No XML's anymore.

I don't want you to do it for me, I hate when people do it for me.

How can you get an error? It's an XML file you replace with the original golden slime o-o.
