[Release] Folkvangr [New Fork]

Hello RageZoneCommunity,

My Friend Bavilo and me decided to start a new fork. J
I would like to work together with the ragezone community and I hope MTSMTA will be ok with this too. We have added a lot of yoda boda selling soda Commits from ragezone to our source already and we would like to continue that. Also we added some of our own work as in different map monitors and some other stuff.

Some of the dev's may hate us for what we released in our first rev's, but I dont see a reason why this shouldnt be released. If there are noob coders, they wont even know what to do with it ;) And I hope we can still all be friends
